Report No. OIS20260514PSI-01. Inspection conducted on 14 May 2026 at a factory in Shanghai. Inspector: Paddy.

Subject of inspection: Ariel Colour & Dirt Catcher — colour-catching laundry wipes produced under P&G licence. Batch: 96,960 boxes (22 wipes/box), 100% finished and packed at the time of inspection.

Inspection standard: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (MIL-STD-105E), plan G-II, normal inspection. Sample: 500 units per defect level. AQL limits: CRI 0 / MAJ 1.5 / MIN 4.0.

Inspection scope: quantity verification (4,040 master cartons, 500 inspected), product and packaging check, function test (32 units), barcode scan test, 3M tape adhesion test, carton dimension and weight measurement, drop test (ISTA-1A, height 76 cm), pH test of wipes (result within 4–8 range), smell test.

All tests: PASS. Transportation test (vibration machine) — Pending, factory does not have the equipment. Three process remarks: no reference samples provided, limited access to boxes for opening (only 10 units), incomplete master carton sealing (I-shape instead of required H-shape).

Defects found (all minor): packaging creases — 3 units, packaging surface damage — 6 units, dirty mark on packaging — 1 unit, dirty mark on product — 1 unit. Total: 11 minor / max allowed 21. Zero critical defects. Zero major defects.

AQL result: PASS. Goods approved for loading.
