Can products be made to my own specification?
Yes. We coordinate manufacturing on order, from factory selection and production terms to quality control and logistics. For licensed brands we also manage the licensor approval of the factory.
How is product quality verified before shipment?
Production is overseen and a pre-shipment inspection to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 is carried out on the finished lot. You receive a report with photos and a PASS, HOLD or FAIL decision within 24 hours. Real reports are published in the Inspections section.
