Oriental IMEX Limited verifies suppliers, coordinates production and conducts formal pre-shipment quality controls — from Hong Kong for international markets. We do not act as a classic intermediary: our work is to eliminate risk before goods reach the client. Each inspection report contains documentation in three languages, factory photos and an unambiguous decision: PASS, HOLD or FAIL.
Three pillars of our quality control
Factory Audit
On-site visit before the first order. We assess manufacturing processes, production capabilities, quality management systems and health & safety conditions. Result: a scored report with a corrective action list.
Batch Inspection (Pre-Shipment)
Inspection of the finished batch before loading. We take samples according to AQL 2.5 and check dimensions, appearance, labelling and functionality. Result: AQL report with photo documentation and a PASS / HOLD / FAIL decision.
Certifications & Compliance
We verify the required CE, REACH, RoHS and other standards applicable to the given product category and target market. Full documentation delivered to the client in Polish and English.

Supplier list, samples, price benchmarks. We identify and preliminarily verify potential partners.
Factory audit
Factory visit, assessment of processes and quality. Report with scoring and corrective action list.
Pilot
First batch, specification adjustments. We verify product conformity with requirements before full order.
QC — pre-shipment inspection
Finished batch inspection according to AQL 2.5. Report with photo documentation and PASS / HOLD / FAIL decision.
Shipment & close-out
Logistics, customs documents, project close-out. We hand over the complete quality documentation to the client.
