We select the factory, negotiate technical specifications, supervise production at every stage and organise shipment after full inspection of finished goods. What we do within the Manufacturing service

Factory selection & audit

We select a factory suited to your product's specifics — not just on price, but primarily for technological capabilities, experience in the category and operational stability. We conduct a full audit before any contract is signed.

Technical specification coordination

We translate your requirements into factory technical language — specifications, drawings, material standards, packaging requirements. We eliminate misunderstandings at the prototype stage that result in problems during mass production.

Production supervision (on-site)

Our inspectors are present at the factory at key production milestones: line start, first batch inspection, mid-process inspection (DUPRO). We respond to problems immediately — not a month later when the goods arrive in Europe.

Final inspection & shipment

No goods leave China without your approval. We conduct a full finished goods inspection (FRI) to AQL 2.5 standard, deliver the report within 24h and only after your decision do we arrange loading and shipment.

We most often work with companies that already import from China or plan to do so, but want to have control over the process — without the need to send their own employees to Asia and without relying solely on factory assurances.
