Pre-shipment Inspection: Cleaning Wipes 4 Types — 72,040 units | October 2024 | PASS

Report No. OIS20241015PSI-01. Inspection conducted on 15 October 2024 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Inspector: Nancy.

Subject of inspection: four types of household cleaning wipes — wood furniture wipes (17,940 units), kitchen cleaning wipes (8,980 units), bathroom wipes (17,940 units) and household universal cleaning wipes (27,180 units). Total: 72,040 units (3,602 cartons), retail packaging: 50 wipes per pack, 23×17 cm each.

Inspection standard: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008, plan G-II. Sample: 500 units. AQL limits: CRI 0 / MAJ 1.5 / MIN 4.0.

pH test — critical for wipes in contact with skin and home surfaces. All four types were within the required range of 4–8. Sealing test: PASS. Function test (500 units): PASS. Barcode scanning: PASS. Carton dimensions and weights: 40×20.3×23 cm, weights 6.85–7.30 kg depending on type — all within specification.

Three tests remained Pending due to factory-side issues: drop test (factory refused), transportation test (no equipment) and fluorescence content test (no equipment). Smell test Pending — factory did not provide a reference sample.

Process note: fold marks were observed on the reverse of approximately 90% of retail packaging units — an aesthetic defect documented with photographs by inspectors. This did not affect the AQL result.

Defects found (all minor): dirty marks 4 units, glue marks 5 units, broken wipe 1 unit, knot on fabric 2 units. Total: 12 minor / max allowed 21. Zero critical defects. Zero major defects.

AQL result: PASS across all categories. Goods approved for shipment.
