Subject of inspection: 400ml 3D Dinosaur 3-in-1 Shower Gel — shampoo, conditioner and body wash in one, in three-dimensional dinosaur-shaped bottles available in three colours: red, green and orange. Order: 123,552 units (13,728 cartons), 41,184 units per colour. Ready at time of inspection: 46,800 units (37.8%) — reason for Pending status on quantity.

Inspection standard: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008, plan G-II. Sample: 500 units. AQL limits: CRI 0 / MAJ 1.5 / MIN 4.0.

The test scope for a children's cosmetic product was extensive. Leakage test: bottles placed upside down for 2 hours — no leaks found. Volume check: each bottle confirmed to contain the declared 400ml. Bubble effect test: liquid mixed with water showed correct foaming performance. Smell test: compared with reference sample, scent confirmed correct. Dispenser function test: 500 units — all caps and pumps functioning correctly. Transportation test: PASS. Barcode scanning: PASS.

The main defects related to the heat shrink film wrapping the bottles: 9 cases of broken film (major) and 2 scratched film (major) — total 11 major against a maximum of 14. Minor defects: removable white marks (5 units), surface scratches (4 units), glue mark (1 unit), slanted 3-in-1 sticker (1 unit) — total 11 minor against a maximum of 21.

AQL result: PASS across all categories. Goods approved for shipment.
