Pre-shipment Inspection: ORTB Alumina Grinding Balls for Polish and Central European Ceramics Industry

Inspection conducted at the manufacturing facility in China as part of a shipment of ORTB alumina grinding balls destined for buyers in Poland and Central Europe — for use in the ceramics industry, including tile production, porcelain and glass products.

Oriental IMEX inspectors carried out quantitative and qualitative acceptance directly at the factory premises before container loading. The inspection covered:

Verification of declared technical parameters Al₂O₃ content (≥92%), bulk density (≥3.63 g/cm³) and water absorption (≤0.01%) were checked on samples drawn from randomly selected bags. All results were within the contractual specification.

Visual and geometric assessment Spherical shape, absence of cracks, chips and surface defects were checked. Dimensional uniformity within the declared fraction size was verified. The randomly drawn sample met AQL 2.5 requirements.

Water absorption test Samples immersed in water for 24 hours showed no absorption exceeding the permitted limit — confirming the integrity of the crystalline structure.

Packaging and labelling documentation Net and gross weight of bags was verified, labelling correctness (product code, fraction, batch number) and the condition and integrity of big-bag packaging before loading were confirmed.

Inspection result: PASS Container loading took place on the day of inspection following formal client acceptance of the report. Report delivered in PDF format within 24 hours of inspection completion.
