Subject of inspection: 5×50g Paw Patrol Doypack Bath Fizzer — children's bath fizzer balls under Nickelodeon licence, packed in standing doypack pouches featuring Chase and Skye. Vegan product. Order: 31,920 bags (2,660 cartons). Ready at time of inspection: 31,200 bags (97.7%).

Inspection standard: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008, plan G-II, normal inspection. Sample: 315 units. AQL limits: CRI 0 / MAJ 1.5 / MIN 4.0.

The scope of tests was extensive — this is a cosmetic product for children, so requirements are particularly strict. Function test: balls dissolved in 38–45°C water within 20 minutes, checked for fabric staining and air bubbles. Result: no fabric staining, no air bubbles. Weight test: 5 random balls — results 55.4 / 52.9 / 54.1 / 52.1 / 53.8g, all above the required minimum of 50g. Fabric dyeing test in water: PASS. Smell test: PASS. Barcode scanning: PASS.

Two tests remained Pending due to factory-side issues: carton drop test (factory refused due to PDQ packaging) and transportation test (machine out of order during inspection).

Defects found (all minor): poor ball forming — 2 units, excessive salt residue — 2 units, mechanical surface damage — 1 unit. Total: 5 minor / max allowed 21.

AQL result: PASS across all categories. Goods approved for shipment.
