Report No. OIS20260615PSI-01. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) conducted on 15 June 2026 at a factory in Jimo District, Qingdao, China. Inspector: Larson.

Subject of inspection: STAMINA competition kettlebells in 7 colour-coded weight variants: 8 kg (pink), 12 kg (blue), 16 kg (yellow), 20 kg (purple), 24 kg (green), 28 kg (orange), 32 kg (red). Cast iron body with embossed "STAMINA 2025" branding and weight marking, steel handle in matt anthracite finish. The order also included: STAMINA adjustable bench (model WB1112), PVC mat with printed logo and hard chrome safety squat bar (JL0402). Total quantity: 703 pcs — 100% finished, 97.4% packed into master cartons (685 pcs) at the time of inspection.

Process remark: the factory did not have an approval sample on site at the time of inspection, which prevented formal verification of product conformance against the approved reference (Remark 1). Workmanship quality, dimensions, functionality and AQL results were assessed positively against the technical specification. The decision to approve shipment rests with the client.
