Subject of inspection: Wednesday Eau de Parfum Mix 50ml (#0850) — children's and young adult eau de parfum under the licence of the Netflix series "Wednesday" (2022), based on the Wednesday Addams character from The Addams Family franchise. Licence: MGM / Netflix Consumer Products. One of the hottest licensed IPs in recent years — the series became a global cultural phenomenon with over 1.2 billion hours of viewing in its first week of release.

Order: 33,600 units (100% finished and packed). Standard ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008, plan G-II. Sample: 315 units. AQL limits: CRI 0 / MAJ 1.5 / MIN 4.0.

Function test (315 units): PASS. Perfume volume test — contents poured into a graduated cylinder, 50ml confirmed: PASS. Barcode scanning: PASS. Carton dimensions (~53×28×26cm / ~12.9kg): PASS.

Three tests Pending due to factory-side issues: drop test (refused), transportation test (no equipment), smell test Pending — factory did not provide reference samples (noted as remark 1). Inspectors also noted the absence of protective cardboard dividers inside master cartons.

Defects found: broken colour box 2 MAJ, glue marks 3 MIN, dirty mark 1 MIN, scratch marks 3 MIN. Total: 2 MAJ / max 10, 7 MIN / max 21. Zero critical defects.

AQL result: PASS across all categories. Goods approved for shipment.
