Wind Turbine Production Inspection — 2009 | 20 Units, Result PASS

This is one of our earliest documented projects — an inspection from 2009, over fifteen years ago. We are sharing it intentionally. In the China import industry you will encounter many intermediaries who appeared recently. We have been operating since the 1990s and we have the evidence.

The order covered the supply of 20 complete small wind turbines for a European client in the renewable energy sector. The turbines were intended for off-grid installations — powering homes, farms and facilities outside the energy network.

The scope of the inspection carried out by Oriental IMEX inspectors directly at the factory covered verification of the completeness of each unit: rotor blades, mast, rotation mechanism, generator with wiring, mounting components and technical documentation — each turbine supplied with a CD containing the installation manual.

Inspectors checked the condition of blade surfaces for cracks and delamination, quality of generator electrical connections, correct packing in wooden crates with foam cushioning, completeness of bolt sets and mounting components, and conformity of technical documentation with the order.

The entire process took place under the supervision of our representative overseeing the packing team — as visible in the photos from the production hall.

Inspection result: PASS for all 20 units. The order was loaded and delivered to the client on schedule.

Year 2009. Oriental IMEX had already had over a decade of work in the Asian market behind it. Today — fifteen years later — we do the same thing, only better.
