Dry Transformers — Epoxy Resin Changyao

Changyao dry transformers are a premium solution for facilities requiring high safety standards and minimal downtime. Manufactured using German HUBERS vacuum epoxy resin casting technology, they provide exceptional durability and resistance to environmental conditions. Changyao was among the first manufacturers in Hubei Province to implement the fully automatic HUBERS vacuum epoxy resin casting equipment from Germany and the PC (Germany) design methodology. The static mixing pouring process guarantees a homogeneous insulation structure without air bubbles — directly resulting in low partial discharge levels and long service life. Available rated voltages: up to 35 kV. Applications: power plants and energy stations, industrial and mining facilities, data centres, hospitals, airports, distribution networks. Products have been tested at the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre for Medium and Low Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment, achieving first-class energy efficiency certificates.
