In response to the dynamic development of the renewable energy sector, Changyao offers specialised transformers for photovoltaic and wind power installations. They combine a step-up transformer, switchgear, fuses, tap changer and auxiliary equipment in one compact unit.
Changyao renewable energy transformers are the result of years of research and cooperation with industry institutes (Shenyang Transformer Research Institute, National Electric Power Research Institute). Their design takes into account the specific challenges of renewable energy: variable load profile, harmonics from inverters, European and Chinese grid code requirements.
